About Shivaratri (சிவராத்திரி)
Shivaratri means "Night of Shiva" and is observed on the 13th/14th night of Krishna Paksha every month. The most important is Maha Shivaratri, which falls in the month of Magha/Phalguna (Feb-Mar).
